Detailing Apprentice
This role is for passionate enthusiasts who are relatively new to detailing (< 2 years experience) and motivated to improve and expand their skills by learning from the best.
The Detailing Apprentice directly supports the Detailing Technicians and Detailing Team Lead with various vehicle prep procedures prior to paint correction, coating applications and paint protection film installations.
Once the Detailing Apprentice has demonstrated a mastery of these skills and a positive working attitude, s/he will be encouraged to apply for a Detailing Technician role.

Detailing Technician
The Detailing Technician is for passionate enthusiasts who are already experienced auto detailers. S/he must be able to confidently demonstrate all of the key skills and methodologies related to safe vehicle cleaning and prep, paint correction methods, and sealant/coating application.
Once the Detailing Technician has demonstrated a mastery of these skills and a positive working attitude, s/he will be encouraged to apply for the Detailing Master Technician role.

Detailing Master Technician & Team Lead
The Detailing Master Technician is the most senior level role on the Technical / Detailing team. S/he must be an expert in machine polishing and paint correction techniques, sealant and coating application, and paint protection film products and installation techniques.
The Team Lead(s) will be selected from our group of Master Technicians and will be expected to drive for excellence from the Technical / Detailing team through actively coaching, teaching, and providing feedback to the team members. This role is the backbone of the Technical / Detailing team, and our success will rely on the Team Lead
Strong communication, presentation and team leadership skills are a must for this role. S/he will be expected to lead more formal training sessions about various detailing topics.

- Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer
The PPF Installer role is for expert installers with > 2 years of full-time experience. This role works closely with the Detailing Technicians, so strong teamwork and communication is critical for success.
This person must be familiar with product specifications, advanced installation techniques including free-hand (ie "bulk") installations, and the use of template software and plotter/cutter machinery.

Product Sales Manager
The Product Sales Manager role is an office position based out of our facility at THE REFINERY. S/he is responsible for managing all aspects of our detailing product sales division. This includes our product catalog, supplier relationships, and inventory management for our in-store and online channels.
This role will be expected to manage key financial drivers for the department including margin, cash-flow and receivables, write-offs, inventory turns and obsolescence. S/he must be capable of forecasting sales (volumes and revenues), and achieving sales targets.
The Sales Manager will source new products and suppliers, and be the lead for negotiating terms, costs and pricing. This role may have direct reports, so strong communication and leadership skills are critical for success.

Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager role is an office position based out of our facility at THE REFINERY.
This person is responsible for driving brand awareness and enthusiast community involvement to support THE REFINERY's growth ambitions. Strong emphasis will be on social media content creation and distribution. A deep understanding and enthusiasm for social media platforms and strategies is critical for success.
This role will also be expected to coordinate special live events at THE REFINERY and in the community to drive interest and awareness of our brand and values, including corporate social responsibility.
